History and philosophy of tantra in its modern form. How to properly begin a session and the “massage exit” technique for safely closing the process.

Body Preparation and Hot Towel Ritual:

Methods for deep release of muscular tension and activation of energy pathways (meridians) through the use of heat.

Sensory Stimulation and Meditation:

Work with delicate objects (feathers, furs) to awaken skin sensitivity and practice full presence in the moment.

Full-Body Oil Massage (TAO Energy Strokes):

Teaching of smooth, conscious strokes that support detoxification of the body and distribute energy throughout the entire system.

Dynamics of Sexual Energy:

Theoretical and practical foundations of working with sexual (life) energy. How to activate it in the body, cultivate it, and use it for personal growth and the client’s vitality. Techniques of intimate massage.

• Personal experience as a foundation: it is highly recommended to first experience a tantric massage here as a receiver. Course participants are offered a special discount on this massage.

• Assistant arrangement: if attending the course individually, a professional assistant will be provided for practicing giving and receiving the massage for an additional fee of 200 CZK / hour. The assistant also provides feedback, which is important for the learning process.
